If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).
Where you believe an item is faulty, it can be returned to us or one of our service agents to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time.
The correct usage of electrical and mechanical equipment is beyond our control, these items may be subject to repair only. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Healy Group cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.
Healy Group require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged in Transit
Whilst we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in good condition, sometimes damage occurs beyond our control. Please do not sign for the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged. If damage is only found upon unpacking then please contact us or the place of purchase as soon as possible. Contact details can be found on your order confirmation email or invoice. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected and a refund or replacement item sent out to you.
Not as Advertised/Incorrect Item
If your order arrives and it’s not what you ordered, please contact us or the place of purchase or on the online support team on email@example.com
Please contact the business that fulfilled your order. Details can be found on your order confirmation email or suppliers invoice. We will need to assess whether the fault is a major or minor fault and will either arrange for the product to be repaired or replace. If the product has been used, it is only practical it cannot be returned for refund and we can assist with warranty and repair at Healy Group or one of repairers within our network.
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? Don’t worry. You’ve got 30 days to get your order back to us and provided it’s un-used we’ll give you a refund minus the costs of any shipping or repackaging.
A copy of your purchase receipt/invoice or online order confirmation email is required for any return. If returning your product to store please ensure you take a copy with you.
The cost of all returns must be covered by the purchaser, prepaid before sending and returned in appropriate, secure packaging. We are not responsible for loss or damage to returned items and suitable insurance should be taken out.
